against an individual. This service is provided to find out whether there are
any litigation suits filed against a particular individual, the nature and
details of these suits, and bankruptcy trace. This is particularly useful in
determining the credit-worthiness of a potential credit or hire purchase
customer or future employee.
For Writ of Summons, the following fields will be provided in the search
results, if available.
Name, NRIC/Passport no., Nationality, Address, Date of change of address (if
available), Suit No., Date of update, Nature of claim, Transfer Status, Date of
Writ File, Date of Document, Date of Summon in Chamber, Date of Set Down
Document, Date of Motion Document, Date of Occurrence, Suit Amount (up to five
separate amounts), Date of Last Update in Database, Name(s)
(Defendant/Plaintiff), ID (NRIC/Passport No/RCB No), Alias, Trading, Status,
Solicitor, Solicitor NRIC, File Reference, Firm Name
For Bankruptcy cases, the following fields will be provided in the search
results, if available.
